		<description>this is a comprehensive &amp; valid list. I definitely am happy to be waiting out this issue in Japan. 

however - as a person who never bought a home at the inflated price/creative loan time (even though i WAS working for a financial institution, we had the VA available, etc. - and thank HEAVENS because we got orders overseas and would&#039;ve been even more screwed), when i DO return and when we DO buy the home one day - we&#039;re going to be paying way more at that point to bail out the mistakes everyone made several years ago.
